Description:
The subject of the qualification system includes carrying out a financial audit of the companies ContourGlobal Maritsa East 3 AD (KGMI3) and ContourGlobal Operations Bulgaria AD (KGOB), according to the International Auditing Standards, which covers:
- Performing an audit, in accordance with the requirementsof KonturGlobal's internal procedures and in compliance with the International Auditing Standards (IAS), of the annual package of financial reports and forms (reporting package) of the companies - for the purposes of the Group's consolidated report. Issuance of a report on the audit to the group auditor;
- Executiveconducting an independent annual financial audit, according to Art. 37 of the Accounting Act and in compliance with the MES, of the individual annual financial statements of companies - for the purposes of Bulgarian legislation. Checking the compliance of the annual activity report with the annual financialin a report as of December 31 of the respective year and issuing an audit opinion in a report of the independent auditor as of that date;
- Reviewing the interim financial information of the companies for each quarter of the reporting year - for the purposes of the Group's consolidated interim reports. Editionsubmitting the review report to the group auditor.
