The subject of this procedure is the determination of a contractor for the performance of a consulting service on the preparation of a report on investment compliance of a technical project and exercise of construction supervision for the energy renovation of a multi-family residential building - "Edinstvo" block, located at 26 "Patriarch Evtimiy" St. and 90 "Hristo Botev" Blvd., Pleven, which has been approved by the Ministry of regional development and improvement for financing under procedure BG-RRP-4.024 "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage II" from the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NRSP).
Description of the subject of the public procurement-
Description-For the multi-family-residential building, it is planned to prepare a Technical Investment Project and implement construction, including the mandatory measures prescribed in the Technical Passport of the building and implementation of energy efficiency measures described in the report and certificate of energy efficiency for the building.
The technical one project will include at least the following project parts: Architectural; Electric (Electro); Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); Energy Efficiency (EE); Fire safety (PB); Health and Safety Plan (HSP); Construction waste management plan (PUSO) and Accounting Documentation (PSD).
