  The public procurement is carried out within the framework of investment C12.I2 "Centers for interventional diagnosis and endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular diseases", on the basis of the concluded Operational Agreement No. СПОР-65/17.12.2022, as part of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. The purpose of the investment is to ensure quality, equal and timely access to the most modern forms of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. This will be achieved through the implementation of interventions in the infrastructure of key medical institutions for hospital care from the health system of the country, through construction, including reconstruction, repair, remodeling, improvement.
  The activities of the subject of the order should be carried out in accordance with the Technical Specification and the attached Bill of Quantities, an integral part of the documentation.
  The subject of the order includes the reconstruction of a three-story building of UMBAL "St. Ivan Rilski" EAD, Sofia for the needs of a center for interventional diagnostics and endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular diseases - phased implementation. The building has three floors with a basement level. It was built in 1939 in the traditional monolithic way. The supporting structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, beams and columns. The scheme of the building is single-corridor with two-sided arrangement of rooms on both sides.
