The subject of this public procurement is: "Selection of a contractor to carry out construction supervision during thenot for construction and assembly works according to the project: Rehabilitation of municipal road VAR 2131 - /III-2009, Devnya - Chernevo/ - Kipra, I stage: from km 0 000 to km 0 873, II stage: from km 0 873 to km 1,658", financed under Selection Procedure No. BG06RDNP001-7.019 under sub-measure 7.2 "Investments in the creation,the improvement or expansion of all types of small-scale infrastructure" from the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
The contractor is responsible for his activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in art. 166 and Art. 168 of the ZUT, as well as forthose arising from Art. 178 of the ZUT, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation.
