The contractor should carry out the following activities:
Estimation of the conformity of the investmentprojects with the basic requirements for the construction works within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act, in compliance with the requirements of Art. 5 of the Spatial Planning Act;
Assessment of the conformity of the part "constructive" of the investment projects within the meaning of Art. 10 of the SPA.
Exercise construction supervision underConstruction time, according to Art. 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT). The scope of the activities for carrying out construction supervision during construction is in accordance with Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including the coordination of the construction process until the establishment of the site into operation.
FulfillmentThe function of the Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 r. For the minimum requirements for health and safe working conditions in the execution of construction and installation works.
Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 andPreparation of a final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of the SPA.Will carry out the following activities:
