- The subject of the order envisages the construction of new buildings for sites "Center for specialized support for persons with disabilities and their families in UPI IV4497, quarter 259 located in the village of Aydemir, municipality of Silistra", Under site No. 1: "Center for residential care for adults with physical disabilities with a capacity of 30 users, in UPI V4496 - for social activities, quarter 259 located in the village of Aydemir, Silistra municipality, "Lazurna" street and under site No. 2: "Residential care center for adults with physical disabilities with a capacity of 30 users, in UPI VI4496 - for social activities, quarter 259 located located in Aydemir village, Silistra municipality, "Mayski Den" street.
The working projects for each of the sites have been developed in the following project parts: "Architecture", "Structural", "Electrical", "Waterworks", "HVAC", "Energy efficiency", "Geodesy", "Fire safety", "Parking and improvement", "Technological "Interior and furnishing", "ODB", "PUSO" and "PBZ", building permits No. 29 dated 03.26.2025, No. 30 dated 03.26.2025 and No. 47 dated 04.23.2025 have been issued.
