1.1.1. Preparation of a comprehensive assessment report on the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for the construction, according to Art. 142, para. 5 of the Spatial Development Act (ZT) - for issuing a building permit of the site concerned.
1.1.2. Preparation of a technical passport under Ordinance No. 6/2006 on the technical passports of the construction works.
1.2. At a separate position No 2:
1.2.1. Update of a technical passport.
1.3. On both lots: coordination and control of the construction process and the exercise of construction supervision according to the requirements of Art. 166 et seq. Of the CIT during the construction so as to ensure the implementation of all works in accordance with the approved investment project in all parts, with the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation and the contracting authority.
