- The subject of this public procurement is "The selection of a contractor for the delivery and installation of air conditioners for the needs of the Road Infrastructure Agency.

(a) Delivery and installation of air conditioning equipment subject to the public procurement specified in the technical specification of the contracting authority (Annex A), and the requests for delivery and installation of climate equipment will be determined according to the needs of the contracting authority periodically, within the term of the contract or until the financial resources are exhausted;
(b) elimination of deficiencies, inconsistencies, defects and defects in air conditioning equipment, including replacement in the event of a guarantee defect;
(c) all other activities necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement.
