• "Selection of a contractor for design, exercise of author's supervision and construction (engineering) for site: Bridge facility at km 10+796 on road III-551 "Debelets-Plakovo-Elena" and Bridge facilities... The subject of the public procurement includes a description of the order activities as follows: A) Activity "Design" - implementation of design works (PR): A1) Preparation of Technical projects for the objects, according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the requirements of the currently effective regulatory documents, in volume and content specified in the Design Assignment (Appendix A). A2) If it is necessary to take actions, according to Art. 148, para. 6 of ZUT, the Contractor should submit the necessary set of documents (partial work projects) for entry into Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRRD). A3) Inspection of the technical - operational condition of the facilities and presentation of a Technical Report, upon assignment by the Contracting Authority, with written notification. A4) Preparation of detailed geological profiles for the facilities for which new construction is envisaged. A5) Carrying out all coordination with the operating companies and administrations, whose permission, assistance or opinion is necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public order. A6) With the preparation of the Technical Project by the Contractor, a Bill of Quantities (BCO) is drawn up, which is approved by the Consultant and the Contracting Authority after the approval of the Technical Project. CCC is valued in accordance with the accepted tender unit prices from the "Table of unit prices" (Sample No. 3.1) for the various types of work, and the total value of the CCC cannot exceed the Price...
