- The subject of each of the lots of No. 1 and 2 includes the following activities for the respective site:
- exercise of construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction in the mandatory scope, regulated in the Spatial Planning Act and the by-laws forIts implementation, including carrying out the inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements tothe products, as well as the coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including the control of the quantities, the quality and conformity of the completed construction works with the contract for the implementation of the site engineering, as well as other activities subject to the contractfor engineering;
- fulfilling the functions of the safety and health coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safe working conditions when performing construction and installation works, incl. fulfilling all the obligations of the contracting authority,provided for in the said ordinance;
- preparation of a final construction report, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of the construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and constructionObjects, ... - Documents:
