Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the exercise of construction supervision and investor control during construction, assembly and repair activities of buildings and facilities in the Anton oil base (PB) and the grain base (ZB) General Toshevo, provided for the management of DA DRVVZ, with the aim choice of exagent for concluding a contract, under the conditions of art. 114 of the ZOP (public procurement "under condition"). It is planned that the services will be implemented in order to ensure control during the execution of a public order with the subject: "Performance of finishing works and commissioning of an oil base (PB)Anton and grain warehouse (ZB) General Toshevo".
Activities included in the subject of the order are:
1. Evaluation of the "Constructive" part of the investment projects, according to Art. 142, para. 10 of ZUT.
2. Preparation of a Complex report for the assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for constructions, coaccording to the requirements of art. 142, para. 5 of the ZUT of investment projects for the following sub-objects:
in the Anton oil base (PB):
- repair of the railway track serving the Anton BP, in connection with findings of the DP NKŽI - in parts, "Geodesic", "Railway construction", "Technological", "Fire safety", "Plan on safety and health", "Construction waste management plan" with attached quantitative calculations (CS); attached quantitative accounts (CS),
