- Exercise of construction supervision: The contractor is responsible for his activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated in art. 166 and Art. 168 ZUT, as well as for those resulting from Art. 178 ZUT, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation. Construction nadzor is carried out within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for constructions and assessing the compliance of the constructionsproducts and all legal and by-laws in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
