Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the exercise of construction supervision and investor control in the implementation of the delivery and installation of the pump and the construction of a pipeline in Sliven PB, owned by the DA DRVZ. The activities included in the subject of the order are as follows:
1. Preparation of Complex report on conformity assessment with the basic requirements for the construction works, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the SPA of Investment Projects for:
- Construction of a foundation, delivery and installation of a highway pump, power of the pump with electricity and reconfiguration of the node at Production of Lukoil Bulgaria Ltd., located in the Sliven PB Sliven at the TD DR Burgas;
- conducting tests and testing of the system and facility;
- Participation in the commissioning of the site with protocol model №16, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3 of 31 July 2003. to make up acts and Protocols During construction.
2. Exercise investor control when carrying out construction and repair activities in the above sites.
3. Certification of executive documentation after the actual completion of the site, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 175, para. 2 of the SPA, reflecting insignificant Deviations of the OIT Coordinated projects for the implementation of the public procurement with the subject: "Delivery and installation of pump and construction of a pipeline unit in the Sliven PB".
