The main purpose of the contract is: providing the public's awareness and publicity for The gradual implementation of project activities.
The following activities are included in the scope of the public procurement:
Production, delivery and installation of permanent explanatory signs for the places to be intervention - 43 (in identified terrains);
Production and delivery portable information banner - 1 piece;
Organizing and conducting 2 press conferences for informing the project and providing the participation of media in organizing information events;
Preparation and publication of articles, press releases and/or advertising and information carriages in regional or national print media-2 the number.
The execution of the subject of the public procurement should be carried out in full compliance with the "technical specification" proposed by the contracting authority.
This procedure is carried out in accordance with Article 104, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (the so -called "inverted order" of consideration - the evaluation of the technical and the price Proposals of the participants shall be made before preliminary selection) and in accordance with Article 61 of the PPPOP. 39, para. 2 and para. 3, item 1 of the PPPOP.
