Description:
"Selection of a contractor for the implementation of publicity and information activities under the project" Creation of a specialized environment for the provision of the Old People Home service, Bochot village ", procedure BG-RRP-11.010" performing construction activities and delivery of equipment and furnishings with a view to reforming Existing Homes for Old People, "according to a national plan for recovery and sustainability.
during construction works;
- Delivery and installation of a permanent explanatory plate displaying the EU and of MW - 1 pc.;
- Public events: 2 press conferences will be organized - the first to start the project and the second in its finalization;
- Official ceremonies - 1 ceremony when starting construction works and 1 ceremony upon completion of construction works;
For public events and formal ceremonies;
- Press release and/or advertising -information box in regional media - 1 pc. to launch the project and 1 pc. for its finalization.
The parameters of each of these activities are detailed in the technical specification to the contract.
The contracting authority assigns the implementation of the activities of the subject of the order with separate letters of assignment.
The present public procurement is awarded through an open procedure, when applying the conditions of "inverted order", in accordance with Article 104, paragraph 2 and para 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
