Selection of a contractor for consulting services related to the assessment of the compliance of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision (in the sense of the Law on Territorial Development (ZUT) and the normative acts on its application), when implementing constructions under the program for investment, support and onboarding new customers. The objects, the subject of the present procedure, are constructions of the third, fourth and/or fifth category, according to the ZUT, with the majority of the objects being constructions of the third category.
