1.Property insurance /real estate according to Table 1 and Table 2 /
2. Covered risks - earthquake, fire, including the consequences of extinguishing it (including fire caused by employees and employees of the contracting authority due to violation of the standards and requirements of the competent authorities),Intentional fire, lightning, explosion, storm, hurricane, flood, landslide and collapse of earth layers, torrential rain, hail, weight damage when snow and ice accumulation, bursting of water, sewer, gas pipeinstallations, a blow from a aircraft or an object fallen from it or from falling trees or branches, a stroke from a vehicle, breaking of windows, malicious acts of third parties (vandalism), additional costs to eliminate the consequences of occurrence of insurance events, civil liabilityto third parties for damage caused by fire, explosion, malfunctions in electrical installation, flood, storm, pipe cracking.
3. Insurance term - the insurance is concluded for a period of 24 months. The contractor should be issued two annual policies.
