The subject of this public procurement is the election of a contractor possessing a professional Qualification and practical experience in the exercise of consulting services within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, namely the preparation of conformity assessments of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision of the site: "Reconstruction of an internal water supply network in the village of Shirokka Polyana, Haskovo Municipality "
