The subject of the public procurement includes a description of the order activities as follows: A) Stage I - Preparation of a complex report for the assessment of compliance with the main requirements for construction and technical control for the "Constructive" part of the design development: B) Stage II - Exercise of construction supervision during construction, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the by-laws: C) Stage III - Exercise of construction supervision during the removal of defects manifested during the warranty period terms according to Ordinance No. 2 of 31.07.2003 for putting construction into operation in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty terms for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites: D) All other duties necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement and the guarantee maintenance of the construction, specified in the documentation for the public procurement and its annexes, as well as those specified in the contract for design and construction (engineering), and the legal provisions. *IMPORTANT!
