The purpose of the public procurement is to be a certain contractor and to conclude a contract with it for Preparation of a technical design and the construction and assembly works, with a view to the preparation of an entire and lawful technical design, which will serve the quality construction of the facility, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and in compliance with the agreed terms.
Subject The public procurement includes a description of the contract activities as follows:
(A) design "design" - performance of design works (PR);
B) construction "Construction" - execution of construction and assembly works (construction works);
(C) elimination of defects during warranty periods;
D) all The other activities necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement and the warranty maintenance of the construction, specified in this documentation and its applications.
