Selection of a Contractor for the preparation of an investment project in the "Technical design" phase and exercising author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works, for the object: "Reconstruction of the internal water supply network of the village of Gergevets, Sliven municipality". Development of a quality technical project for reconstruction of the internal water supply network and all facilities along it, with a length of 11 km., building water diversions (SVO) and fire hydrants (PH), according to Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2005 for the design of water supply systems and fire hydrants in implementation of Ordinance No. I3-1971 of October 29, 2009 on building and technical rules and norms for ensuring fire safety. The project should be developed in the following independent parts: "Water supply - technological", "Geodesy - routing plan, "Construction of plumbing facilities, "Road" "Temporary organization for traffic safety", "Fire safety" "Construction waste management project" (PUSO), "Safety and health project" (PBZ), Project-accounting documentation with scope and content according to Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 for the scope and content of the investment projects. The construction is categorized according to the ZUT as category II. Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Terms of Reference, an integral part of the participation documentation.
