• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement is "Selection of a contractor for the preparation of a technical project and construction (engineering) for a site: "Implementation of emergency galleries between the tubes of the "Echemishka" tunnel on the "Hemus" AM.
  The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor for the construction of a technical project and execution of construction and installation works, in connection with the construction of the site and to conclude a contract for its implementation, with a view to the development of a complete and legal technical project, which will serve for the quality implementation of the construction and installation works activities, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and in compliance with the agreed deadlines.
  The subject of the public procurement includes a description of the procurement activities as follows:
  A) "Design" activity - execution of research and design works (PPR) and exercise of author's supervision on construction time (AN):
  Bill of Quantities for the implementation of a technical project, according to the requirements of the Employer and the requirements of the currently effective regulatory documents, in the volume and content specified in the approved Design Task (Appendix A). They are certified by the Consultant after the approval of the project.
  A2. Carrying out all coordination of the Technical Project with the operating companies and administrations, whose permission, assistance or opinion is necessary for the implementation of the subject of the public order.
