Description:
The scope of the public procurement includes: selection of three credit institutions within the meaning of the Law on Credit Institutions to provide banking and financial services to National Electric Company EAD in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the Public Procurement Act (PPA) Enterprises (LPP) and the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Enterprises Act (PPPA), on credit exposure, risk management, accessibility and economic profit.
Financial Services to be assigned to implement by the credit institution for banking with paper documents, As for other banking services, they are as follows: opening, servicing and closing of payment accounts in BGN and currency; Bank transfers in BGN; Currency bank transfers; Sending and receiving SWIFT messages; Checking authenticity of bank documents and authorized signatures; Auditory Confirmation of the billing balances; Absorption of bank guarantees; Issuance of bank guarantees; Cash operations in BGN and currency; Issuance and servicing of corporate debit cards; Mass payments; POS terminals; Purchase and sale of currency; Discovering, Service and Closing Special /Escrow Accounts; Optional services described in Table # 1 of the technical specification, other banking and financial services offered by the participant.
