• Selection of a contractor for the repair of motor vehicles owned by the Road Infrastructure Agency, Regional Road Administration - Burgas The subject of the order includes: technical service, current and major repairs, auto repair and car painting services, changing tires and rims, delivery and/or replacement of car parts, units, details, materials and lubricants, etc., and carrying out mandatory annual technical inspections (ATM) of motor vehicles owned by the Road Agency infrastructure", registered to the Regional Road Administration - Burgas according to Appendix A "List of vehicles". The spare parts, materials and consumables used in the repair work must correspond to the relevant make and model of the motor vehicle and must be new, unused and unrecycled. In the event that similar parts are not available for a given model of motor vehicle, the contractor may insert second-hand parts after the explicit written consent of the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to purchase small items separately consumables related to the normal and safe movement of motor vehicles on the national road network, such as light bulbs, brake fluid, wipers, wiper fluid, engine oil in emergency situations in order to preserve the motor vehicle engine, etc. The contracting authority retains its right to organize and determine the place for cars to pass through mandatory GTPs.
