Selection of a contractor for the supply of medical equipment and medical equipment for the needs of psychiatric care structures, in implementation of investment C12 I3: "Modernization of psychiatric care" The public procurement is carried out within the framework of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. The purpose of the investment is to strengthen the sustainability of the psychiatric care system, as well as to increase its accessibility and capacity to meet the needs of the population of the Republic of Bulgaria. The subject of this public procurement is supplies of goods carried out by purchase, as well as all necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods in the sense of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of medical equipment and medical equipment for 23 sites from the psychiatric care system. The financing of this public procurement is provided under Operational Agreement No. SPOR-66/19.12.2022, concluded between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance, in implementation of investment C12 I3: "Modernization of psychiatric care", carried out under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. The present public procurement is divided into four separate items, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
