the contractor will carry out the following activities:
Assessment of the conformity of the investment projects with the basic requirements to the construction within the meaning of Article 142, paragraph 6, item 2The SPA in compliance with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the Spatial Planning Act;
Assessment of the conformity of the part "constructive" of the investment projects within the meaning of Art. 10 of the SPA. (if applicable to the specific lot);
Exercise construction supervision during construction, according toArt. 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT). The scope of the activities for carrying out construction supervision during construction is in accordance with Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including the coordination of the construction process until the establishment of the site into operation.Safety and health, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 r. For the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions in the implementation of construction and installation works.
