Description:
In connection with the application of "NS" EAD under sub-measure 4.3 of measure 4. "Investments in tangible assets" under the PRDP 2014-2020, the present public procurement is awarded under the order of Public Procurement with subject: "Selection of contractors for delivery and installation of measuring devices for hydromelioration facilitiesness of "NS" EAD, under sub-measure 4.3 "Investments for development, modernization or adaptation of the agricultural and forestry infrastructure" from measure 4. "Investments in tangible assets" under the 2014-2020 RDP by separate items". Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 61 of PPZOP, the Contracting Authority presees the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants in the current public procurement procedure to be carried out before the examination of the documents and the verification of the presence of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria.
