Subject The present open procedure is the designation of a contractor for engineering (design, construction and copyright) for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in 3 multi -digital residential buildings on the territory of Burgas Municipality, which are approved by the Ministry of Regional Development for Financing under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - stage I".
The public procurement will be realized through a grant (BFP) from the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NAVU) under the procedure "Support for Sustainable Energy Renewal of Stage I Housing Fund. The first stage of the procedure provides for the intensity of the grant to be 100% of the eligible costs.
