"Selection of Framework Agreement contractors to provide consulting services for evaluation of the conformity of investment projects, exercise of construction supervision and investor control in the implementation of construction and assembly works, assigned by the Kremikovtsi district
By conducting this procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors under Any lot of position for the award of the conformity assessment activities and the exercise of construction supervision in construction works, assigned from the Kremikovtsi district.
Services subject to Lot No 1 include:
Carrying an assessment of conformity of the investment projects assigned from the Kremikovtsi district - preparation of complex conformity assessment reports under Art. 169, para. 1, items 1-6 of the Spatial Planning Act /ZUT /.
Services subject to Lot 2, include:
Exercise construction supervision at construction and assembly Works outsourced by the Kremikovtsi district during the construction, in accordance with Art. 168 of the SPA.
Services subject to Lot No. 3 include:
Complete coordination of the construction process from the beginning of construction to the commissioning of construction, incl. Assessment of the willingness of the construction for commissioning;
Exercise control of the current activities for management of construction processes on behalf of the contracting authority;
