The purpose of the public procurement is to designate a contractor for the elaboration of a technical project, exercising a copyright Supervision during the construction and construction of construction and assembly works (construction works) of the site, in connection with the implementation of major repairs of the Republican Road II-11 and to conclude a contract for its implementation, in order to develop a lawful technical project to serve for quality construction of the site, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and compliance with the agreed terms.
