- This public procurement aims at the selection of an electricity supplier to the sites of "Bulgarian Post" EAD, according to the attached list to the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority, for six separate positions, with rights and obligations of a coordinator of a standard balancing group on the basis of the lowestprice for "Fee for the administration of the supply of one MWh active net electric energy of medium and low voltage". In the case of delivery, ensure continuity in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Energy Act and other legal acts that regulate public relations related to deliveryof electrical energy, incl. PTEE, PIKEE and regulations issued on the basis of ZE.
