The subject of the order includes the supply of net active electrical energy at low voltage by the coordinator of the balancing group, full administration of the information flow with the ESO and assuming the costs of imbalances, for the needs of the Municipality of Peshtera, the secondary budget managers and the structural units of the territory of the municipality. The estimated amount of electrical energy for the term of effect of the contract is: 1,447,132.12 kWh. The amount of electricity is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security.
The quantities specified in the documentation are estimated for the term of the contract and are determined based on the previous consumption of the Contracting Authority, calculated for 12 months and estimated to be increased by 10%, and the Employer is not obliged to use them and is not limited by them.
The same will be paid by the client to the contractor. In in connection with the above, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the contractor in the sense of art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PTEE (Energy Trading Rules).
