Description:
The subject of the order includes the supply of net active electrical energy of medium voltage by the coordinator of a balancing group, full administration of the information flow with the ESO and the assumption of the costs of imbalances, for the needs of VUTP. The estimated amount of electrical energy for the period of operationof the contract is 1186048 kWh. The amount of electrical energy is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security. The quantities specified in the documentation are estimated for the term of the contract and are determined based on the consumption of net electrical energy for all objectsand to the contracting authority for the period from December 2021. until November 2022, calculated for 24 months and increased by 15%, and the Contracting Authority does not undertake to use them and is not limited by them. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty.The same will be paid by the Employer to the Contractor.
