Description:
The subject of the order includes the supply of net active electrical energy of medium voltage by the coordinator of a balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO and taking over the costs of imbalances, for the needs of the Higher School of Telecommunications and Posts - Sofia.
In quality of a balancing group coordinator, the contractor should forecast the consumption of the contracting authority's sites and carry out planning and negotiation of the specific amounts of active net low-voltage electrical energy according to the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE).
The forecast amount of electrical energy for the duration of the contract is: 1,396,857.60 kWh. The amount of electricity is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security. The quantities specified in the documentation are estimated for the duration of the contract and are fixed on the basis of the consumption of net electrical energy for all sites of the client for the period from January 2024 to December 2024, calculated for 24 months and increased by 20% on an annual basis, and the Client is not obliged to use them and is not limited by them.
The contract quantity can to be different from the specified and will be determined and paid according to the actual consumption of the contracting party for the period of the contract.
