SPECIAL ITEM No. 1: Sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building block "Kokiche City of Pleven, "Kokiche" St. No. 4.
Description:
"Implementation of Engineering /design, SRM and author's supervision/ for the site "Introduction of energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building with address, Pleven, block "Kokiche", Str. "Kokiche" No. 4", within the framework of procedure BG-RRP-4.024 "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the housing stock - Stage II", from the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NRSP).
The execution of the public order includes the activities that are related to the preparation of an investment project in the technical design phase, carrying out the necessary construction, as well as exercising author supervision during construction.
Implementation through engineering is foreseen, which should include three main groups of activities:
1. Activities related to the development of an investment project in the technical project phase for the site;
2. Activities related to the implementation of author's supervision during the implementation of the construction and assembly works (SMR) of the object and
3. Activities that are related to the implementation of construction and installation works for the realization of the object.
