The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for "Selection of external experts for the management of the project "Upgrading the composting installation for separately collected biodegradable solid waste of the Veliko Tarnovo WWTP" under procedure BG 16FFPR002-2.004 "Measures for construction, expansion and/or upgrading of municipal/regional systems for separate collection and recycling of biodegradable waste-second" under priority 2 of POS 2021-2027"
Within the framework of this public procurement, the Contracting Authority will determine a contractor who provided the following external experts:
1. Project manager;
2. Expert monitoring and reporting;
3. Expert Construction Engineer;
4. Expert visibility, transparency and communication;
All activities should be carried out in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the "Environment 2021-2027" Program, the requirements of the ADBFP, the applicable national and European legislation.
The subject of the public procurement is described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - Technical specification.
The services subject to the public procurement are necessary for the purpose of overall project management and quality assurance implementation of the set activities.
