- The subject of this public procurement includes the selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy low voltage (LV) for the needs of the State Psychiatric Hospital - Karlukovo, as well as a coordinator of a standard balancing group for: full administration of the information flow with ESO and OEM - provision of a consumption forecasting service, preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correction of the submitted schedules if necessary, responsibility for balancing and assuming the costs of imbalances, energy management and all activities related to the contracting party's participation in the free electricity market, etc. The estimated amount or volume of net electrical energy is specified in the Technical specification. Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electricity, the "Electricity Trading Rules" (PTEE) apply. The contracting authority has a signed contract on providing access and transfer of electrical energy to/through the distribution and transmission network.
