- The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of services and activities of service by a registered office of occupational medicine for those working in the central office of the SZDP and its territorial divisions, in accordance with the requirements of art. 25, 25 "a" of the ZZBUT and Ordinance No. 3/25.01.2008 . for the terms and conditions for implementationis on the activities of the occupational medicine services, Ordinance No. 7/23.09.1999. the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions at workplaces and when using work equipment; Ordinance No. 5/11.05.1999 about the order, method and periodicity of risk assessment; Okayba No. 4/03.11.1998 on the training of the representatives in the committees and groups on working conditions in the enterprise, Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16.12.2009 on the terms and conditions for conducting periodic training and briefing of workers and employees on the rules for ensuring healthy and safeour working conditions and other relevant legal acts.
