- The purpose of this public procurement is to select an operator to issue, provide
and loads personalized cards to provide electronic food vouchers,
under the terms of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003 for the staff of the Medical Center "Dr. Hristo Stambolski" EOOD, Kazanlak
In the subject the public order includes activities for the issuance, delivery, charging and administration of food vouchers on a physical electronic medium / PLASTIC/ for the staff of the medical facility for up to 5 charges, according to Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003 on the conditions and procedure for issuing and withdrawal of permission to carry out activities as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic media, to issue food vouchers on electronic media, the characteristics of issued food vouchers on electronic media and carrying out activities as an operator / add. 99 of 2023/issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy and the Minister of Finance.
Financial resources of the Contracting Authority:
A/ The estimated value of the order is 293,000 (two hundred ninety-three thousand BGN.
The estimated value includes:
nominal value BGN 291,000. for the intended 5 loads as for 1 pc. voucher / for one person in the amount of up to 200 (two hundred) BGN, with a staff size of 291 (two hundred and ninety-one) as of the date of opening of the public procurement and
without VAT for the service of delivery and administration.
