- The order includes the delivery of food vouchers under Ordinance 7 of 07/09/2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to carry out activities as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic media, for issuing food vouchers on electronic media, the characteristics of the issued vouchers for food on an electronic medium and carrying out activities as an operator (Title, supplement. - SG No. 99 of 2023, in force from 1.01.2024) and delivery of vouchers for food under Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 for determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements to it, with quantities and characteristics described through Appendix No. 1 - Technical specification, published in the buyer's profile in the CAIS EOP and through the estimated value specified in the documentation, determined for the maximum term of the contract, which is 36 (thirty-six) months.
