• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the selection of an operator for issuing and servicing electronic food vouchers for the needs of PSAGBAL "Sveta Sofia" EAD for a one-year period. The contracting authority will provide its employees with the social benefits defined under the order of Article 209a of the Law on Corporate Income Taxation and Article 2, paragraph 3 of Ordinance No. 7 of July 9, 2003. on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to operate as a paper and electronic food voucher operator medium, for issuing food vouchers on electronic medium, the characteristics of issued food vouchers on electronic medium and carrying out activity as an operator. The estimated number of employees who will be provided with meal vouchers for the term of the scope of the contract is 190 people. The number of food vouchers on electronic media may be amended or supplemented as a result of personnel or structural changes in the company. The number of food vouchers on an electronic medium (card) is determined monthly/periodically according to the needs of the Employer with requests sent to the Contractor. Available cards are loaded with electronic vouchers worth up to the maximum non-taxable amount, according to the Employer's prior request to the Contractor.
