The subject of this public procurement is Selection of an operator for issuance, provision and administration (monthly top-up) of food vouchers on an electronic medium (card), in the sense of Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003 for the employees of "Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria" EAD (FMFIB). The Contracting Authority declares to the Contractor the required number of cards, which should be delivered to him, according to the current number of employees who will use them. Available cards are loaded monthly with electronic vouchers, after prior request of the contracting authority to the contractor. The request specifies the cards of which employees (the specific cards to be loaded) should be loaded with e-vouchers and of what value accordingly.
