- The subject of this public procurement is the selection of an operator for the issuance and monthly loading of food vouchers on an electronic medium under Art. 209a, para. 1 of the Corporate Income Tax Act (CIT) and ORDER No. 7 of 07/09/2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit for carrying out activities as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic media, for issuing food vouchers on electronic media, the characteristics of issued food vouchers on electronic media and carrying out activities as an operator (Regulation No. 7), for employees working in Municipal Transport Ruse EAD and the persons under a management contract.
The value of food vouchers for one worker/employee amounts to 200 (two hundred) BGN per month. Possible is the value of the voucher for one employee to change during the execution of the contract in the event of a change in the applicable legislation and/or the financial capabilities of the Employer. The actual implementation of the public an order is determined based on the number of employees in Municipal Transport Ruse EAD for the relevant month.
The actual performance of the public procurement is determined on the basis of the number of employees in Municipal Transport Ruse EAD" and the actual days worked for the respective month.
