• Description:
• This order includes the provision (printing, packaging, delivery and management) of food vouchers, in fulfillment of the Employer's obligations as an employer to provide employees who meet the requirements of Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 d. to determine the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or a supplement to it (Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005), which are implemented by providing food vouchers, as one of the possible and permissible forms of providing this service in kind and distinguishing it from the monetary relationship between employer and staff. The purpose of the order is to select a contractor who is a food voucher operator, who has received a permit and operates according to the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003 d. on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to carry out activities as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic media, for issuing food vouchers on electronic media, the characteristics of the food vouchers issued on electronic medium and carrying out activities as an operator (Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003). The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, print and deliver vouchers distributed as a combination of denominations of value: 0.50 (zero one and fifty) euro, 1 (one) euro, 2 (two) euro and 3 (three) euro, meeting all the requirements of Art. 22, para. 2 of Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003 Choosing a Voucher Printing, Packaging and Delivery Operator...
