- The subject of the contract includes the issuance, provision, loading and servicing of food vouchers on physical electronic carriers by the contractor for the needs of "Water Supply and Sewerage - Shumen" Ltd.of physical electronic carriers, should be in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Income Tax Act (CITA), Ordinance No. 7 of 9.07.2003 on the conditions and procedure for issuing and withdrawal of a permit for carrying out activity as an operator of vouchers for food on paper and electronCNTER, for issuing electronous food vouchers, the characteristics of the issued vouchers for food on electronic medium and carrying out activity as an operator (Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003), as well as other applicable applicable normative acts.
