• Description:
• This procedure is organized by the Contracting Authority in fulfillment of its obligations as an employer to the eligible employees of the National Academy of Arts, arising from Ordinance No. 11/2005. for determining the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or supplements to it", issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy and the Minister of Health / obn. State Gazette no. No. 1/03.01.2006/. The same are realized through the provision of food vouchers, as one of the possible and permissible forms of providing this service in kind and differentiating it from monetary relationships between employer and staff. Estimated quantity and volume: Order fulfillment period: 24 (twenty-four) months, Estimated number of employees 260 people; electronic food voucher for one employee is: 200 leva monthly / up to the amount of the tax relief under Art. 209a, para. 1 of ZKPO/ and estimated number of employees 260 people.
  Participants must have food voucher user service contracts with a minimum of 4 large different retail chains, restaurants, quick service establishments and food outlets, including grocery stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets and others, each of which has no less than 5 grocery stores with addresses falling within the territorial scope of the city of Sofia and the Sofia region, the city of Burgas and the Burgas region, the city of Varna and the Varna region /generally/, including...
