Description:
This procedure is organized and carried out by the Contracting Authority, with a view to utilizing the funds for social household services.
293 of the CT will be implemented through food vouchers under the requirements of Art. 209 of the Civil Code and Ordinance No. 7 of 07/09/2003. of MTSP and MoF.
The purpose of the procedure is the selection of a contractor who is a food voucher operator, who has received a permit and is operating under the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003 of the MTSP and the Ministry of Finance on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to operate as an operator.
The operator of food vouchers should issue and deliver food vouchers on a physical electronic medium (personalized card), as well as load and administer the same, according to the monthly/periodic requests of the Employer.
