• Description:
• The CONTRACTOR should provide a continuous public mobile telephone service through a public mobile terrestrial network according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standard (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G - Global Systems for Mobile/Universal Mobile Telecommunication System/Long Term Evolution/5G), based on an individual license or general license registration.
  The provided public electronic communication services should be performed in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications and the established technical norms and standards corresponding to the nature of the service provided.
  The provision of all electronic communication services to be implemented according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standard and in accordance with the technological capabilities of the networks.
  The CONTRACTOR assigns and the CONTRACTOR accepts to provide services through a public mobile terrestrial network according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standard with national coverage of the CONTRACTOR, in connection with the performance of official duties by employees of the company, in accordance with those indicated by him in the Price Tables from Appendix No. 4 and other requirements under this contract, and in accordance with those agreed with the Commission for the Regulation of Communications (CRC), and in force on the date of conclusion of the contract General conditions for the relationship between the operator and the users of the public mobile cellular terrestrial network according to the GSM/ UMTS/LTE/5G standard.
