The present public procurement covers the implementation of an independent financial audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) and of the annual financial statements of the Fund for Bank Restructuring Fund (FPB) in accordance with the international financial reporting standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Commission and in compliance with the requirements of the international audit standards (MOS). The selected auditor must check and certify: - BNB's consolidated financial statements for the financial 2024, 2025 and 2026 years; - FPB's annual financial statements for the financial 2024, 2025 and 2026 years.
