- Delivery of active net electric energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites on the territory of the Municipality of Varbitsa. The estimated amount of electric energy that will be supplied for the term of the contract is determined based on the energy consumed in the previous 12 months, corrected with any changes in quantity that could occur in a period of 12 months after the award of the contract.
The estimated amount of delivered net active electrical energy for the needs of the Municipality of Varbitsa for a period of 12 (twelve) months is about 671.80MWh.
The estimated quantity electricity is indicative and serves only for information for the purposes of this order, and does not commit the Employer to use it.
For the term of the contract, the contracting authority has the right to add new objects and/or separate (expropriate) existing ones, reserving the right to change the estimated quantity in a positive or negative direction according to the arising need, without incurring sanctions for this.
According to the scope of this procedure, the participant should provide the Contracting Authority with the supply of low-voltage net electricity and the selection of a balancing group coordinator under the conditions of a liberalized market, demand forecasting and balancing responsibility.
